Jason Lantier is a Licensed and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of experience specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder and complex behavioral needs. He holds graduate degrees in Psychology with a concentration in Behavior Analysis and a second graduate degree in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare and Organizational Management.
Since 2009, Jason has provided clinical and operational leadership across schools, hospitals, private homes, and residential treatment programs, earning a reputation for successfully supporting older individuals and those with severe behavioral challenges. In 2016, he was honored with a nomination for Stony Brook University’s “40 Under 40” award for his contributions to the autism community.
As Co-Founder of Path 2 Potential (P2P), Jason helped establish one of New York’s fastest-growing privately owned ABA organizations, recognized for its effective, evidence-based interventions. He also serves as President of Angels 4 Autism, Inc., a nonprofit expanding access to ABA services for underserved populations.
Driven by compassion and innovation, Jason partnered with Anil and Shalani Babbar to create SafeCare, LLC, offering intensive home-based ABA services as a safe, high-quality alternative to residential placement for individuals with complex behavioral needs and a customized team and treatment approach.
